SpendHQ is a SaaS spend intelligence platform created by Resultiv Capital founder, Tom Beaty. Tom is the current chairman of the board and largest shareholder. Private equity firm Pamlico Capital invested $65 million in 2022 to support SpendHQ’s acquisition of a French SaaS company. Resultiv Capital is currently leading a project focused on leveraging AI to drive greater efficiencies and insights for clients.
